Musculoskeletal imaging, osteochondral lesions, clinical data and rehabilitation outcomes; research design, analysis and manuscript development.

Research experience · University of Oxford

Nuffield Department of Orthopaedics, Rheumatology and Musculoskeletal Sciences (NDORMS), University of Oxford.

Research experience in joint fibrosis, inflammatory arthritis and evidence synthesis, including work on non-pharmacological interventions for psoriatic arthritis.

Europe’s largest academic department in this field.

  • AnatoChain: learning to correct medical-image segmentation errors.
  • Ankle MRI: lesion detection, localisation and quantitative phenotyping.
  • MedMR-AgentBench: model discovery and selection across tasks and clinical settings.
  • Chest X-ray AI: local model selection, calibration and threshold stability.
  • Rehabilitation outcomes: function after pain relief, home rehabilitation workload and recovery after joint replacement.
  • Evidence synthesis: exercise in hip osteoarthritis and estrogen loss in osteoarthritis.
